I also experienced delays with service requests, such as towels not being delivered as promised.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Heavenly Village and several beautiful beaches where we could rent jet skis. Our room was cozy, well-decorated, and very clean. Staff were friendly and we appreciated the little kitchenette area for morning coffee.

Our stay was marred by a miscommunication about check-in. The room we received was nothing like what was advertised. it was cramped and poorly maintained. There were exposed wires in the fan, a stained rug, and no vouchers for the beach despite the contactless check-in.
